Outlaw House, Canford Cliffs

A relaxed coastal brasserie, bar and rooms in Canford Cliffs, close to Sandbanks, with menus shaped by Michelin-starred chef Nathan Outlaw and a strong focus on seafood and South West produce.

Best known for. Coastal brasserie cooking with seafood at its heart, plus meat and vegetarian plates, an all-day bar and rooms upstairs

Atmosphere. Polished enough for dinner or a celebration, but clearly meant as a regular table — lunch, a drink at the bar, or dinner followed by a night upstairs. Around 100 covers; a relaxed brasserie rather than fine dining. Poole Harbour and Dorset’s fishing grounds are close at hand, and the menu reflects that South West connection.

Opened 3 October 2026. Nathan Outlaw’s first Dorset venture, created with Stellar Hospitality: culinary direction, menus and mentoring from Outlaw; Executive Chef Fergus Coyle runs the kitchen day-to-day.
