Land on the Sandbanks Peninsula was once given the accolade of the fourth most expensive real estate in the world. Whilst this is no longer true Sandbanks is certainly a prime property location and arguably has some of the finest waterside properties in the UK. Sandbanks is only a 2 hour drive from central London and only 1 hour 40 minutes to Waterloo by train. With Bournemouth Airport having recently undergone a 45 million pound redevelopment program Sandbanks has excellent commuter links.
With demand being so high with the rich and famous to live on Sandbanks Peninsula properties and land are never on the market for very long before being snapped up. With many of the purchasers cash buyers Sandbanks has not seen the decline in property prices that the rest of the UK has experienced in the past few years.
